The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) seeks a proactive Senior Assistant Manager to lead CET programme management and finance. You will oversee end-to-end operations, learner lifecycle, and stakeholder coordination to ensure high-quality delivery and financial sustainability.

Key focus areas include budgeting, financial reporting, dashboards, and external funding administration. This role requires strong organisation, collaboration and analytical skills in a fast-paced academic

Qualificações

• Recognised degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in programme management, finance or administration.
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting and analysis capability.
• Excellent project management, organisational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI for dashboards and financial management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end CET programme operations, from setup to delivery.
• Manage learner lifecycle: admissions, enrolment, communications and support.
• Serve as primary CET learner contact and handle inquiries.
• Collaborate with faculty and departments to ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide administrative support to Course Directors and coordinate logistics.
• Monitor budgets, revenue, expenses and reconciliations for CET portfolio.
• Develop financial dashboards and reports for senior management.
• Oversee external funding administration and grant claims.
• Support proposals and financial models for new initiatives.
