Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Senior/Centre Manager to lead a team of property professionals and manage the performance of a major office asset on-site in Singapore. You will drive asset strategies, budgeting, reporting, and client satisfaction while ensuring safety and compliance across all services.

Responsibilities include overseeing leases, capex, contracts, and supplier management, with a focus on delivering value and high service quality to the client and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior property management experience with large office assets.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and financial acumen.
• Knowledge of asset management policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to client on the operational requirements of the assets.
• Attend project control group meetings for asset commissioning.
• Develop house rules and fitout guides for assets.
• Manage transition of assets from pre-completion to occupation.
• Assess staff proposed for assets and provide recommendations.
• Develop tenant satisfaction plan strategies and client liaison.
• Oversee leases, budgets, forecasting, and finance administration.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service contracts.
• Liaise with legal, town planning, surveyors, tax and accounting advisers.
• Identify and gain approval for major capital expenditures.
