Qualifications

• Experience managing large FM accounts/portfolios in multinational environments.
• Strong budgeting and spend-management capabilities with financial acumen.
• Proven ability to manage vendor performance and procurement activities.
• Knowledge of space planning, MAC, and office fit-out projects is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of specialists in a fast-paced setting.
• Oversee site services, vendor contracts, and SLA achievement for the client.
• Drive budgeting, reporting and financial controls for the portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal COEs, HR, and vendors to resource and plan.
• Manage space planning and capital works projects for the client.
