Job summary

Leila is a vibrant culinary bar in Chinatown, Singapore, seeking a passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) / Senior CDP to join the growing kitchen team. You will own your section, ensuring quality, consistency and efficiency across preparation and service.

Key responsibilities include managing your station, plating to standard, maintaining hygiene, and supporting private events. You will mentor junior staff and work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs in a dynamic, evening-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant kitchen experience required.
• Experience with Western, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Balkan cuisine is a plus.
• Ability to independently manage a kitchen section during service.
• Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate your assigned kitchen section during service.
• Prepare and plate dishes to Leila's standards.
• Handle mise en place and ensure smooth service.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Monitor stock, storage and ingredient rotation.
