Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Compliance function at a Payment Service Provider, FinTech or Financial Institution.
• Robust knowledge of regulatory and licensing regimes of payment/e-money institutions.
• Thorough understanding of AML/CFT risks.

Responsibilities

• Represent Compliance towards commercial and operational teams.
• Provide ad-hoc Compliance advice to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Perform and coordinate Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) risk assessments.
• Strengthen and scale Adyen’s Compliance framework.
• Identify ways to leverage data and technology towards efficient Compliance processes.
