Adyen is searching for a Compliance Advisory Specialist in Singapore to enhance their Compliance framework. This position requires 2+ years of experience in a compliance function, preferably within Payments, FinTech, or Financial Institutions.

The individual will work on complex compliance challenges and provide pragmatic advice to internal and external stakeholders. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Compliance function at a Payment Service Provider, FinTech or Financial Institution.
• Robust knowledge of regulatory and licensing regimes of payment/e-money institutions.
• Thorough understanding of AML/CFT risks.

Responsabilités

• Represent Compliance towards commercial and operational teams.
• Provide ad-hoc Compliance advice to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Perform and coordinate Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) risk assessments.
• Strengthen and scale Adyen’s Compliance framework.
• Identify ways to leverage data and technology towards efficient Compliance processes.
