Job summary
People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a leasing professional to manage a Grade A CBD building. You will source and secure leases, renewals and replacements, while maintaining strong tenant relationships and high occupancy with competitive rental terms.
The role involves preparing leasing reports, monitoring market trends, and coordinating with teams to support daily operations and portfolio planning.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Property, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of leasing experience, preferably in Grade A commercial properties.
- Must possess a valid CEA salesperson licence.
- Good negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage leasing matters for an assigned Grade A commercial building located in the CBD.
- Source, negotiate and secure new leases, renewals and replacement tenants.
- Maintain good relationships with tenants and attend to leasing-related matters.
- Work towards maintaining high occupancy and achieving competitive rental terms.
- Prepare leasing proposals, reports, updates and related documentation.
- Monitor market trends, rental movements and competing developments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth daily property operations.
- Assist in budgeting, portfolio planning and process improvement initiatives.
