Ideal candidates bring extensive catering industry knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team. English fluency is preferred, and experience with CRM software is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 13 years catering industry experience (indoor or outdoor).
• Proven sales and business development experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Catering knowledge of industry trends.
• Ability to identify and target potential clients.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Fluency in English preferred.
