Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in event sales, catering sales, F&B sales, or hospitality business development.
• Proven track record of closing corporate or event deals.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for event, catering, and private dining services across QuantFood brands by sourcing leads from corporates, offices, MICE and event agencies, embassies, schools, clubs, co-working spaces, and brand partnerships.
• Convert enquiries into bookings with compelling proposals, pricing, and negotiation.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and track performance to hit targets.
• Serve as primary client contact from enquiry to post-event follow-up with tailored menus and experiences.
• Collaborate with operations, outlet managers, kitchen, marketing, and design teams for flawless execution.
• Refine catering menus and event packages based on market feedback.
• Monitor competitor pricing and customer preferences to inform strategies.
• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain CRM/client database.
