Job summary

Qualifications

• Educational background in social sciences and related experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the social service industry.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English for reports and presentations.

• Case management: formulate and implement care plans for youths under charge.
• Conduct intervention programmes with youths and caregivers in individual and group settings.
• Coordinate with caregivers, school authorities, employers and community partners to address risks and needs.
