Job summary

National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) seeks a Senior Executive/Manager, Career & Job Centre Operations, to join the Career Services & Partnership Group. You will support the sub-department, playing a key role in Career Centres as national nodes where jobseekers find opportunities and work toward employed and employable status.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support employment initiatives and in manpower sourcing.
• Monitor and track initiatives including supporting tender processes and ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
• Analyze operational and performance data to generate insights for internal stakeholders and drive strategic process and operational improvements by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities, while ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on Career & Job Centre operations, handling queries and facilitating issue resolution.
• Ensure proper tracking and management of client cases within case management systems, including data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
