Job summary

You will support organisation-wide rewards and HR initiatives shaping how NTUC attracts, rewards, and develops talent, while ensuring fair, competitive, and sustainable people practices.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Degree in HR, Business, Economics, Finance or related discipline; IHRP certification is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Analytical and numerical abilities with data interpretation.
• Well-organised with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and HR reporting/analytics tools; rewards analytics exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support rewards initiatives such as salary reviews, bonus and AWS administration, job evaluation projects.
• Administer NTUC-ARU's compensation and benefits programmes in line with policies.
• Collaborate with insurers and brokers on benefits administration and reviews.
• Gain exposure to design, governance and management of rewards programmes for talent attraction and retention.
• Assist HR systems enhancement projects to improve efficiency and employee experience.
