Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a community care setting.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Intermediate and Long-Term Care (ILTC) landscape is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of initiatives for Care Studio and Rehabilitation Department.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and manage budget and resources.
• Oversee manpower planning and operations of Care Studio teams.
