Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a candidate to plan and supervise the care of residents, and to develop programmes and activities that support residents’ well-being. The role requires flexibility for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, with a 44-hour work week.

Training will be provided, and the selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining monthly interview records, managing equipment maintenance, and ensuring premises cleanliness in the Home.

Qualifications

• Diploma in psychology, social work, counselling or relevant field.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including night shift and weekends.
• Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the care of residents.
• Develop and implement programmes and activities for the well-being of residents.
• Put up monthly interview records for residents.
• Ensure proper maintenance of the Home's equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the Home premises.

Education
