Job summary

Ju Eng Home for Senior Citizens in Singapore seeks a Rehabilitation Team Lead to guide and coordinate rehabilitation services, ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred interventions that support mobility and independence.

You will provide clinical and operational leadership to the Rehabilitation Team, work with Nursing, Medical, Social Work and other departments, and drive service quality, documentation, and continuous improvement across the Home.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Rehabilitation Team to deliver safe, person-centred care.

• Lead staff development and performance reviews.
• Address Falls prevention and mobility management.
