Job summary

Rainbow Centre is seeking an experienced leader to head a Facilitating Team focused on quality care and optimal student engagement and learning. The role emphasizes sound instructional decisions, programme development and holistic student development.

You will guide teams to assess student needs, plan activities and promote positive behaviour while collaborating with parents, caregivers and partners. A minimum teaching background with disability experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum “N” Level/3 “O” Level/partial ”A” Level/fresh NITEC with pass in English; relevant degree/diploma will be advantageous
• Preferably 6 years experience teaching and/or working with students with disabilities
• Experience working in a student care setting would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead Facilitating Team in Quality Care and Optimal Student Engagement & Learning.
• Facilitate collaboration with teams, parents, caregivers and external partners for care plans and strategies.
• Develop self and innovate to improve care, engagement, learning and development.
