Job summary

DA SOFTWARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Cards & Payments to drive requirements for card issuing, acquiring, ATM/POS switching and payment processing.

You will partner with business, technology, operations and vendors to shape functional solutions. You will gather and document BRD/FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria; perform end-to-end analysis of card flows, routing, and settlements; and support testing and production rollout with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• Extensive BA experience in banking/financial services, with focus on cards and payments.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills (BRD/FRD, user stories).
• Knowledge of card payment networks and dispute/chargeback processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements for Cards & Payments initiatives.
• Perform functional impact analysis across Issuing, Acquiring and ATM/POS Switching.
• Analyse end-to-end card transaction flows including authorisation, routing, clearing and settlement.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect analysis and production rollout.
