Job summary

TechEmerge Solutions in Singapore seeks an experienced System Analyst to lead analysis in the Cards domain for card payment networks. You will evaluate system requirements, collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams, and drive solutions across credit/debit processing and dispute handling.

The role requires 8+ years in system analysis and strong communication skills to coordinate across multiple stakeholders in a banking context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in System Analysis, with equivalent experience in the Cards functional domain and card payment networks (Banking).
• Hands-on experience with Vision Plus is preferred.
• Working knowledge of credit/debit card and loan processing, including delinquency, charge-off and write-off, and card transaction dispute processes.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with business users, vendors, and technical teams.
