Job summary

EXASOFT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced System/Business Analyst to lead requirements for Cards & Payments in the Banking domain in Singapore.

You will analyse business and system needs, support card networks, and collaborate with business users, vendors and tech teams to deliver solutions. The role focuses on card processing, loan processing and dispute workflows, with responsibilities including documentation in Jira and Confluence and usage of Vision Plus where applicable.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of System Analysis / Business Analysis experience in Cards & Payments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of card payment networks and processing.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence and card-transaction workflows.
• Good communication with business users, vendors, and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business and system requirements for Cards & Payments within Banking.
• Perform System Analysis for card processing and payment networks.
• Analyze card and loan processing including delinquency, charge-off and write-off.
• Support card transaction disputes and related payment workflows.
• Collaborate with users, vendors and technical teams to clarify requirements.
• Manage requirements and documentation using Jira and Confluence, with Vision Plus where applicable.
