Job summary

Maybank is seeking a seasoned Senior Campaign Analyst to lead the design and optimization of AI-enabled, journey-led customer engagement in a banking context. You will shape omnichannel campaigns and always-on journeys to grow customers, adoption and long-term value.

With 7–10 years in campaign analytics or CRM, you will translate insights into actionable engagement strategies, partnering with Product, Marketing, Digital and Data teams while ensuring governance and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in campaign analytics, CRM or customer engagement.
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics environment (SAS, Python or R).
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or equivalent visualization tools.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push, direct mail and paid media.
• Design journey-based campaigns and segment customers by lifecycle and behavior.
• Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analysis to optimise performance.
• Analyse campaign results and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Digital, Data and Tech teams.
