Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in commodities trading, CTRM/ETRM consulting, or related technology implementations.
• Hands-on experience in at least one CTRM/ETRM platform implementation, upgrade, or migration.
• Strong understanding of physical and/or financial commodities trading and associated business processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration support, and testing.
• Ability to collaborate with traders, operations, risk, scheduling, finance, and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong commodities domain expertise across oil, gas, metals, and other asset classes.
• Participate in end-to-end CTRM/ETRM platform implementation, enhancement, or migration projects.
• Gather and analyse business requirements from trading, operations, risk, scheduling, finance, and settlement teams.
• Map business processes to platform capabilities and identify configuration gaps and customization needs.
• Support data migration, interfaces, reports, and system integration activities.
• Coordinate testing, defect resolution, and go-live readiness with stakeholders.
