Job summary

Capco in Singapore seeks an experienced Capital Markets Consultant with deep commodities trading knowledge and hands-on CTRM/ETRM platform experience to deliver end-to-end transformation initiatives. You will gather requirements from traders, operations, risk, and finance; map processes to platform capabilities; configure systems and support data migration, testing, and go-live activities.

Qualifications

6–8 years of relevant experience in commodities trading or CTRM/ETRM consulting.
Hands-on experience with CTRM/ETRM platforms or related implementations.
Strong understanding of physical and financial commodities and trade lifecycle.
Experience gathering requirements, mapping to platforms, and testing support.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong understanding of commodities trading across asset classes.
Analyse end-to-end trade lifecycle from deal capture to accounting.
Summarize commercial terms, pricing, and delivery terms.
Support CTRM/ETRM implementation, configuration, data mapping, and integrations.
Coordinate testing: SIT, UAT, regression and cutover activities.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to reusable assets.
