Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience, with exposure to electronic trading systems.
Proven experience building ultra-low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems.
Strong understanding of performance optimisation, concurrency, networking, and system design.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and optimisation of high-performance, low-latency trading systems in modern C++.
Build and enhance exchange connectivity across major Asia-Pacific markets using FIX and native exchange protocols.
Drive technical architecture and strategic technology decisions for mission-critical trading platforms.
Partner with traders, quantitative researchers, and global engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Help grow and mentor a team of experienced software engineers in Singapore.
