Job summary

Bank of America in Singapore seeks a seasoned software engineer to join the FX electronic trading technology team. You will design, build, and support high‑availability, low‑latency pricing and trading systems in a global, diverse environment.

Qualifications

6–8 years of server-side C++ in Linux/UNIX.
Experience with low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems.
Strong knowledge of modern C++ and STL.
Familiarity with asynchronous messaging and network protocols.
Excellent written and verbal communication with global teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain low-latency C++ software for FX electronic trading.
Own delivery from requirements analysis to production support.
Conduct rigorous peer code reviews and resolve defects promptly.
Diagnose latency, concurrency, reliability, and production issues.
Collaborate with Business, QAs, Production Support, and infra teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Contribute to architectural decisions and improve platform performance and observability.
Work independently, manage priorities, and mentor team members.
