Job summary

Qualifications

• Transactional procurement and sourcing experience in financial services.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, commercial risk, and regulatory clauses.
• Proven negotiation capability under tight timelines and governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary sourcing point for all vendor-related matters, including contract queries, commercial discussions, and issue resolution.
• Develop strong stakeholder engagements with different business units for vendor onboarding and ongoing management of suppliers.
• Identify and manage risks that would impact delivery timelines of the transaction.
• Ensure contract lifecycle is managed.
• Guide the contract owners on end-to-end vendor onboarding processes and ongoing obligations.
• Partner with SMEs (Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Operational Risk, Security, Fraud Risk, etc.) to review merger-related vendor contracts and mitigate HSBC risks.
