Job summary

Wotton Kearney is seeking a Business Development Senior Executive to drive growth across Asia. You will partner with Asia Managing Partner, partners and legal teams to advance BD initiatives, strengthen client relationships and support growth across Property, Energy & Infrastructure, while expanding momentum in Financial Lines, Cyber and Marine.

You will manage initiatives spanning client opportunities, market insights, and cross-border growth projects, coordinating with colleagues in Singapore,

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in business development, marketing or client relationship management.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across offices, teams and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of Asia business development strategy.
• Identify and pursue new client opportunities with lawyers and leaders.
• Contribute to client, sector and growth initiatives across Asia and the firm.
• Manage business development activity, pipelines and CRM tracking.
• Conduct client, market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare client intelligence briefings, strategic account plans and BD reporting.
• Coordinate credentials, tenders, pitches and client presentations.
• Support client events, seminars and profile-raising activities across the region.
• Facilitate cross-border collaboration to grow opportunities.
