Job summary

The Asia Pacific Division has an opening for a Senior Business Development Executive to be based in the Singapore office. To support the continued business growth in Asia, we would like a highly motivated and driven individual to be part of the Business Development team.

Reporting to Welly Zhang, Vice President, Regional Sales Manager, the individual will directly impact the top line of FM and develop long-term client relationships with brokers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• At least 10 years’ experience in risk management, loss prevention or underwriting.
• Experience in insurance industry is desirable.
• Strong sales process knowledge and proven success.

Responsibilities

• Achieve new business objectives with the Regional Sales Manager.
• Develop strategies and call plans; update prospects in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and brokers to create new opportunities.
• Manage opportunities by developing prospects continuously.
• Engage in local insurance and brokerage communities through meetings and events.
• Understand competitors’ products, pricing and practices.
