Job summary

Maybank is seeking a seasoned Business Analysis Leader to bridge Business and Technology, co-create requirements, and drive wealth and transformation initiatives across the bank. You will co-lead discussions, define requirements, and guide delivery to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape target operating models, oversee solution design, and manage end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, IT, CS, engineering or finance with professional certifications advantageous.
• 8–10 years in business analysis, technology consulting or transformation advisory in banking/FS.
• Strong understanding of banking products, customer journeys and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into practical solutions.
• Facilitate discussions to define requirements, operating models and solution scope.
• Evaluate requirements and recommend solutions to achieve business outcomes.
• Lead high-level solutioning across process design, integrations and cross-platform impacts.
• Drive end-to-end delivery across design, development, testing and implementation.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies and delivery roadblocks for success.
• Serve as liaison between Business and Technology throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer journeys and streamline processes.
• Support transformation initiatives strengthening digital wealth capabilities.
