Job summary

Maybank Singapore is seeking an experienced, commercially minded professional to partner with Community Financial Services (CFS) Business and Technology stakeholders to drive strategic wealth initiatives, digital transformation and enterprise-wide change programmes.

You will act as a trusted advisor, co-defining requirements, guiding solution design and leading delivery to enhance customer experience, streamline operations and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, Project Management or related fields will be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of banking products, customer journeys, digital platforms and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into practical solutions.
• Facilitate strategic discussions to define requirements, target operating models and solution scope.
• Evaluate requirements and recommend solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Lead high-level solutioning discussions covering process design, system integration and cross-platform impacts.
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery across design, development, testing and implementation phases.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and delivery roadblocks.
• Serve as the liaison between Business and Technology teams through the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer journeys and streamline processes.
• Support strategic transformation initiatives that strengthen digital capabilities and wealth proposition.
