OCBC Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to engage with business managers, elicit requirements, and translate them into clear specifications. You will coordinate with IT, delivery, and vendors to design optimal trade finance solutions while maintaining traceability and governance.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of business analysis experience in financial services.
• Strong Trade Finance knowledge (L/C, bank guarantees, collections, forex).
• Cross‑product understanding and end-to-end flow from front to back office.
• Excellent analytical, documentation and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Engage business managers to understand requirements and translate into specifications.
• Elicit, prioritise and analyse requests; design processes, workflows and interfaces.
• Perform cross-asset class analyses to support decision making.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Project Office, IS, and vendor teams to design optimal solutions.
• Ensure requirements are transformed into costed plans with traceability.
• Prepare and review test scenarios; support SIT/UAT and user acceptance.
• Provide SME support to EDW and assist governance forums.
