OCBC Group is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to partner with Trading, Sales, Operations, Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Technology to deliver strategic Securities Finance initiatives. You will lead end-to-end business analysis across the delivery lifecycle, from scope definition and requirements elicitation to design, testing and post-production support.

You will analyse front-to-back processes, define target operating models, and drive automation and platform modernisation.

Competenze

Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant Business Analysis or product delivery experience within Securities Finance, Global Markets, Treasury or Capital Markets.
Strong product knowledge of Securities Lending and Borrowing & Repo (including principal and agency models, bilateral and triparty structures).
Understanding of Securities Finance lifecycle: trade capture, collateral and margin management, settlement, billing, accounting, and regulatory reporting.

Mansioni

Lead end-to-end business analysis across the delivery lifecycle from scope and requirements elicitation to design, testing and post-production support.
Translate requirements into practical solutions including workflows, data needs, system interfaces and exception handling.
Coordinate integrations across trading platforms, Murex, collateral and settlement systems, SWIFT, custodians and risk/reporting systems.
Facilitate workshops, manage traceability and drive agreement on scope, design decisions and acceptance criteria.
Provide leadership for SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover and production stabilisation.
