You will join the technology and operations division that powers software development, IT support services, and core banking operations across international markets, focusing on operational excellence, process optimisation, and automation.

In this role you will elicit requirements, ensure traceability to business objectives, review SIT/UAT, and lead end-to-end delivery with governance

Qualifications

• 10 years of business analysis experience with a track record in finance-related projects.
• Data management, financial systems, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong MS Excel (incl. Macros), PowerPoint, SharePoint, and JIRA skills.
• Background in change management and project management fundamentals.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, resilience, and ability to navigate complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business specialists to elicit, review, and validate requirements; define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Transition requirements to system analysts with end-to-end traceability to business objectives.
• Review test plans, support SIT/UAT, and manage defect prioritisation and resolution.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, plan timelines, manage scope, budget and resources, and report to governance.

About the Client:

This role places you within the technology and operations division of our premier banking client. This division powers software and system development, IT support services, and core banking operations across multiple international markets. Operating a secure, standardised, and flexible global banking infrastructure, the team focuses intensely on operational excellence, process optimisation, automation, and delivering seamless financial services.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business specialists to elicit, review, and validate requirements; perform impact assessments and analyse to-be operational processes; define functional and non-functional requirements.


• Transition requirements clearly to system analysts, maintaining end-to-end traceability back to business objectives.


• Review test plans, support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage defect prioritisation and resolution.


• Lead end-to-end project delivery, develop project plans and timelines, manage scope, budget, and resources, and present status updates to governance forums.

Requirements:

• 10 years of business analysis experience, with a strong track record of delivering finance-related projects.


• Proficiency in data management, financial systems, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.


• Strong command of MS Excel (including Macros), PowerPoint, SharePoint, and JIRA.


• Solid background in change management and project management fundamentals.
