Responsabilités

• Work with Product Owners to define and document requirements for banking capabilities (accounts, payments, cash management, cards, trade finance, loans).
• Develop business process flows and user journeys reflecting corporate client needs.
• Collaborate with UX/UI to align designs with functional requirements and usability standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical design with cross-functional teams.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature validation; contribute to UAT planning and acceptance criteria.

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to support the transformation of our Corporate Digital Banking platform. The role involves working closely with product owners to document new platform behaviour, collaborating with UX design and technology teams to shape the user experience and system design for Corporate and SME customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Owners to define and document functional and non-functional requirements for business banking capabilities such as account services, payments, cash management, corporate cards, trade finance, loans and user administration.
• Develop business process flows, user journeys, and functional specifications that reflect the needs of corporate clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure screen designs meet business banking usability standards and align with functional requirements.
• Liaise with technology teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical design in a scalable manner.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature validation , ensuring timely and complete delivery of business features.
• Contribute to UAT planning and execution , including writing acceptance criteria and validating test outputs and outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably on digital platform , with at least 3 years in corporate or business banking domain.
• Familiarity with digital platforms offering transactional banking, user access management, trade services, or payment workflows for business clients.
• Strong skills in writing user stories, process maps, and functional documentation .
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
• Ability to grasp complex business processes and translate them into clear specifications and workflows.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across product, UX, tech, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fintech, or enterprise-grade digital platforms in corporate banking space.
• Understanding of multi-tier user access models, transaction approval workflows, and regulatory constraints in B2B banking.
• Experience with micro-frontend-based platforms is a plus.
• Exposure to design thinking or service design frameworks is an advantage.
