Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead business process optimization and ERP management in manufacturing operations. Job description

Senior Business Analyst (Business Systems)

Contract Duration: 12 months (convertible to permanent)
Location: Central/East Singapore (Novena/Changi)
Salary: $8,000 – $9,000/month (~$100K per annum) + 1-month completion bonus
Start Date: January 2026 (earlier possible)
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm (mainly onsite for first 6 months, 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize business processes and systems with a focus on manufacturing operations
• Configure, test, and maintain ERP systems (JDE in use; training provided)
• Map processes, troubleshoot, and optimize system interfaces
• Collaborate with business owners and global teams on process automation
• Support the setup and sustainment of the new Plant 2 project in Singapore
• Mentor junior analysts and facilitate knowledge transfer
• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, and documentation standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field (Master’s a plus)
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in business systems
• Must have ERP experience in manufacturing module (Oracle/SAP/JDE preferred)
• Strong business process knowledge in manufacturing operations
• Experience with manufacturing systems (ERP, MES, LIMS, SCADA, Labeling)
• Familiarity with regulated industries (Medical Devices/Pharma preferred)
