Job summary

SUNLINE TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Business Analyst to translate banking requirements into clear functional specs, guide stakeholders, and drive standard product capabilities with minimal customisation.

You will support presales, perform FAT/SIT/UAT coordination, and collaborate with Product, R&D, Sales and Delivery to ensure high-quality solutions for financial services clients.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Familiar with banking systems, core banking, digital banking, payments, lending or related services.
• Experience in presales, RFP responses or POC support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• GATHER and analyse customer requirements and translate into functional specs.
• Guide clients to standard product capabilities to minimise customisation.
• Prepare and maintain FSDs, requirement specs, gap analyses, user manuals and test cases.
• Coordinate requirement walkthroughs and drive sign-off with stakeholders.
• Support QA, FAT, SIT and UAT activities including test planning and issue tracking.
• Collaborate with Product Management and R&D on product enhancements.
• Assist presales with product demos, Q&A and RFP responses.
