Job summary

The Edge Contracting Services (TECS) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale loyalty and marketing platform implementation in Singapore. You will work with business stakeholders, technology teams and partners to translate requirements into functional solutions focusing on loyalty, CRM, marketing and customer engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and ensuring alignment across customer profiles, membership, loyalty

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/Business/CS or related field.
• Relevant BA experience on technology implementations.
• Good knowledge of CRM/loyalty platforms and customer engagement.
• Salesforce or Capillary experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for loyalty and marketing platform.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to map journeys and processes.
• Translate requirements into user stories, specs, flows and acceptance criteria.
• Cover areas like customer profiles, loyalty points, rewards, tiers, campaigns and segmentation.
• Collaborate with tech teams and partners to translate requirements into solutions.
• Analyze integration needs with upstream/downstream apps.
• Identify gaps and process improvements.
• Manage clarifications and changes through the project.
• Support SIT and UAT, including test scenarios and defect clarifications.
• Coordinate with users, PMs, tech teams and vendors during rollout.

Senior Business Analyst (Loyalty & CRM) - 12 Months, Renewable

The Edge Contracting Services (TECS) is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale implementation of a new loyalty and marketing platform.

The Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and implementation partners to gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions, with a strong focus on loyalty, CRM, marketing and customer engagement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements for a new loyalty and marketing platform.


• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to understand requirements, customer journeys and existing business processes.


• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process flows and acceptance criteria.


• Support functional requirements across areas such as customer profiles, membership, loyalty points, rewards, tiers, promotions, campaigns and customer segmentation.


• Work closely with technology teams and implementation partners to translate business requirements into system solutions.


• Analyse system integration requirements and dependencies with upstream and downstream applications.


• Identify requirement gaps, process improvements and potential solution considerations.


• Manage requirement clarifications and changes throughout the project lifecycle.


• Support SIT and UAT activities, including preparation of test scenarios, defect clarification and business acceptance.


• Coordinate with business users, project managers, technical teams and external vendors throughout implementation and rollout.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science or a related discipline.


• Relevant experience as a Business Analyst supporting technology implementation or transformation projects.


• Good functional knowledge of CRM, loyalty, marketing technology or customer engagement platforms.


• Functional experience with Salesforce and/or Capillary is highly preferred.


• Experience with loyalty programmes, membership, rewards, CRM, campaign management or customer marketing solutions will be advantageous.


• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, functional documentation and UAT.


• Good understanding of system integrations, APIs and upstream/downstream dependencies.


• Strong stakeholder management, communication and workshop facilitation skills.


• Able to work effectively across business, technology and vendor teams.


• Experience in large-scale consumer-facing environments such as hospitality, retail, travel, entertainment, F&B, e-commerce or financial services will be advantageous.
