Job summary

SWIFT SEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Jurong, Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, coordination and delivery of building construction projects.

You will manage planning, design coordination, site operations and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project completion. The role requires a degree in civil/construction fields and at least 10 years of relevant PM experience, with strong governance, communication and multi-disciplinary coordination skills for complex

Qualifications

• Degree or Master's in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience managing building construction projects (residential/commercial/government).
• Strong knowledge of planning, site management and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling and execution of building construction projects.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget per project requirements.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, M&E and interior works across disciplines.
• Oversee site operations, quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage stakeholders, consultants, contractors and vendors; report progress weekly.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and risk mitigation plans.
