Job summary

SWIFT SEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Jurong, Singapore is seeking a C&S Site Engineer to supervise daily civil and structural construction activities for building projects.

You will coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, RE/RTO and other stakeholders to ensure works are carried out safely and to drawings, specs and schedules. The role requires a degree or diploma in civil/structural engineering, experience in civil and structural works within building construction, and

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience in civil and structural works within building construction.
• Familiar with HDB or similar large-scale residential projects.
• Able to read and interpret structural and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil and structural construction activities, including reinforcement, formwork, concreting and precast works.
• Ensure site works are carried out according to approved construction drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate work sequencing and site activities among subcontractors and project teams.
• Monitor daily site productivity and construction progress against project schedules.
• Identify and assist in resolving technical and site-related issues.
• Coordinate manpower, materials and site resources to support construction activities.
