Job summary

SWIFT SEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead building projects from planning to completion in Jurong, Singapore.

The role emphasizes site operations, resource management, and coordination with subcontractors, architects, and engineers. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of construction management experience on residential or commercial projects, including HDB exposure.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master's in Civil Engineering, Building or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience on building projects.
• Experience with both HDB and non-HDB projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from planning through project completion.
• Develop and implement construction execution plans aligned with schedules and budgets.
• Monitor site progress and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Provide regular updates to Project Manager and stakeholders.
