Job summary

MSQ Asia & Elmwood Singapore invites a Senior Account Executive to strengthen day-to-day client relationships, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and drive projects from brief to delivery.

You will partner with clients across branding and packaging, manage timelines and budgets, and contribute to growth through proactive account management and collaborative, solution-focused teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of account management experience in a branding, packaging, design or marketing agency.
• Experience working with packaging design across 2D graphics; 3D structural design experience is strongly preferred.
• Growing understanding of brand and design processes, from briefing through to creative development, production and delivery.
• Strong commercial awareness, with experience working to budgets, timelines and financial targets.
• Experience in project management, collaboration and file-sharing tools such as ClickUp, Pitch, LucidLink or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client relationships on key workstreams and drive projects from brief to delivery within time and budget.
• Coordinate with design, strategy and provocation teams to align creative work with client objectives.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, timelines and maintain project documentation.
• Monitor project financials, hours, costs and billing information, flag risks early.
• Identify opportunities for client growth and support new business pitches.
