Job summary

Elmwood Brand Consultancy in Singapore is seeking an Account Manager to manage day-to-day client relationships and projects, translating client needs into clear briefs and ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across creative, strategy and production, manage timelines and reports, and help grow key accounts while upholding the one Elmwood vision.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in design/branding or marketing agency, in client servicing or project management roles.
• Experience in advertising agencies is a plus.
• Background in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar field is preferred.
• Solid understanding of brand and design processes from briefing to production.
• Proficient with collaboration and file-sharing tools like ClickUp, Pitch, LucidLink.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day client relationships and projects.
• Translate client needs into briefs and ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across creative, strategy and production.
• Lead internal briefings, manage timelines, and coordinate estimates and reports.
• Monitor progress, quality, timelines and scope; ensure clear client communication.
• Document project insights and post-project reviews to drive improvement.
• Support value-based pricing and project costing to protect margins.
