Job summary

Expand Communications Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Guru (Senior Brand Ambassador) to lead discovery tours and deliver compelling brand storytelling at Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore.

You will support the visitor experience team, mentor colleagues, and ensure high standards of service while representing Hyundai’s brand identity and advanced automotive technologies to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer experience, automotive brand representation, hospitality, tourism, visitor attractions, or experiential marketing.
• Proven experience supporting Hyundai-branded products, automotive customer experiences, or related visitor experience operations.
• Strong knowledge of Hyundai Motor Group’s brand philosophy and customer experience standards.
• Fluent spoken English for presentations to diverse audiences.
• Top-level Korean proficiency for Korean tours and scripts.

• Lead discovery tours for public visitors, corporate delegations, and VIP guests.
• Deliver storytelling communicating Hyundai’s brand philosophy and technologies.
• Facilitate demonstrations across zones to enhance visitor understanding.

Job Summary

As a Senior Guru (Senior Brand Ambassador), you will lead engaging discovery tours, deliver compelling brand storytelling, and support the development of the visitor experience team at Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional discovery tours for public visitors, corporate delegations, and VIP guests to showcase Hyundai Motor Group’s innovation and future mobility vision
• Deliver engaging storytelling that clearly communicates Hyundai’s brand philosophy, sustainability initiatives, and advanced automotive technologies
• Facilitate interactive demonstrations across experience zones including electric vehicles, Smart Farm, Skytrack, and other exhibits to enhance visitor understanding
• Provide accurate, accessible information on Hyundai’s automotive products and visitor experience offerings to diverse audiences
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, service excellence, and consistent brand representation
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Hyundai’s brand identity, electric vehicle technologies, and customer experience philosophy to support brand-aligned visitor engagement
• Translate complex technical product information into engaging narratives tailored for varied visitor profiles
• Stay updated on Hyundai’s latest automotive technologies and visitor experience developments to ensure accurate communication
• Support onboarding, mentoring, and on-the-job training of new Gurus to build frontline team capabilities
• Conduct tour observations and deliver constructive feedback to improve presentation, storytelling, and visitor engagement skills
• Assist with training activities, role-plays, and competency assessments to promote consistent service standards
• Identify learning gaps and recommend improvements to enhance frontline service quality
• Support daily visitor experience operations including manpower deployment and service coordination to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, workplace safety, and visitor management protocols to maintain a safe environment
• Assist Experience Managers in resolving service challenges and operational issues promptly
• Support corporate events, VIP engagements, and special visitor programs to enhance visitor satisfaction
• Facilitate educational experiences such as Smart Food Lab and SPOT Robot Coding activities when trained and certified

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in customer experience, automotive brand representation, hospitality, tourism, visitor attractions, or experiential marketing
• Proven experience supporting Hyundai-branded products, automotive customer experiences, or related visitor experience operations
• Demonstrated knowledge of Hyundai Motor Group’s brand philosophy, electric vehicle technologies, and customer experience standards
• Strong spoken English proficiency to deliver structured presentations and engage diverse audiences effectively
• Top Level spoken and written Korean proficiency to deliver Korean Tour and to write Korean tour script.
• Proven ability to facilitate guided tours, deliver compelling storytelling, and manage customer interactions professionally
• Ability to coach, mentor, or support the professional development of junior colleagues
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays on a rotational schedule

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Communications, Education, or related discipline
• Prior experience delivering Hyundai-related discovery tours, automotive product demonstrations, or brand experience programs
• Experience conducting corporate or VIP tours and managing high-profile visitor engagements
• Experience in workplace training, facilitation, coaching, or competency assessment
• High-level Korean language proficiency to conduct Korean-language tours and engage Korean-speaking visitors, supporting effective communication with Korean guests
• Experience facilitating educational programs or interactive learning activities for children
• Recipient of SRA EXSA Awards – Gold
• Holder of WSQ Certification – Business Presentation Delivery -4
