Job summary

Expand Communications invites you to join Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS) as Brand Ambassador (Guru). You will guide visitors through immersive showcases, VR experiences, a Smart Farm, and EV displays, telling the story of innovation with warmth and professionalism.

You will lead Discovery Tours, host VIP visits, and help run the Kids Program, engaging young guests and families while upholding brand values.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Able to engage visitors with confidence and energy.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic experience environment.
• Weekend and public holiday availability on a rotational schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead Discovery Tours and storytelling sessions for visitors and VIPs.
• Deliver interactive demonstrations at HMGICS zones (VR, Smart Farm, Skytrack Lounge).
• Create meaningful connections and uphold brand values through customer experience.
• Support events, VIP visits, and special engagements with professionalism and energy.
• Lead Kids Program activities, guiding young guests through the experiences.
