Job summary

Johnson Controls in Singapore is seeking an on-site Project Leader to plan, execute and complete assigned projects. You will coordinate the work of subcontractors and communicate with customers through all phases, ensuring schedules, budgets and quality targets are met.

The role demands a degree with 8+ years in BMS systems, plus proficiency in Excel, Word and MS Project, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Some tasks may require odd hours to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in BMS systems.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Interaction with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Willing to work odd hours as required to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site project leader to plan, execute and complete projects.
• Coordinate communication with customers during all project phases.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Define scope, budget and schedule for projects.
• Monitor quality, safety and compliance with codes and QA/QC.
• Track progress and manage variations and payments with customers.
