Job summary

Xuan-U Interior Construction and Engineering pte ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Project & Engineering Manager to lead multiple project, engineering and installation efforts in the building environment. You will be second-in-command to the project manager, face customers, attend meetings, and ensure BMS/HVAC/CAD/BIM integration aligns with goals.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in managing services operations and/or engineering projects in building environments.
Proven experience in BMS sector handling Honeywell, Siemens, N4 system.
Must have Class 3 License and driving experience for on-site coordination.
Willingness to work weekends/public holidays when required and travel on short notice.
Ability to lead large engineering divisions with strong leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, direct, lead and manage multiple project, engineering, and installations to meet goals.
Be second in charge after project manager; face customers and attend meetings.
Assist in design and development of software for BMS including chiller/HVAC/security.
Prepare P&ID diagrams related to chiller systems and BMS; write/test control code.
Develop and maintain manuals; establish budgets and track KPIs.
Collaborate with engineering to gather requirements and specifications for BMS.
Evaluate performance and implement corrective actions; ensure efficient operations.
