Job summary

ZEALCORPS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a BMS specialist to support commissioning, testing, and ongoing maintenance of DDC panels and HVAC systems.

You will work with Honeywell JACE8000, PC200, CPNX, Siemens PXC24, and Tridium Niagara to configure graphics, validate protocols (BACnet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP), and assist in migrating BMS infrastructure to cloud-based servers.

Qualifications

• Experience commissioning HVAC and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP protocols.
• Experience migrating BMS infrastructure to cloud-based servers.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing service support including preventive maintenance, diagnostics and fault resolution.
• Validate field devices and calibrate sensors during commissioning and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve BMS integration issues across vendor platforms.

Expertise in Tridium Niagara, including creating graphics and reusable templates, developing schedules, and utilizing tools such as Program Service and Palette, along with various advanced power tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Designed and modified control logic and user interfaces using Tridium Niagara, Siemens Insight, and ComfortPoint Studio to deliver intuitive and efficient system control and monitoring.

Commissioned HVAC and electrical systems by validating field devices, calibrating sensors, and verifying communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP) across diverse vendor platforms.

Installed and configured Fortinet routers to enable secure remote access and led successful migrations of BMS infrastructure to cloud-based servers for improved scalability and accessibility.

Delivered ongoing service support, including preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and fault resolution, to ensure BMS systems operated efficiently with minimal downtime for clients.
