Job summary
TechChain Talent in Singapore seeks an experienced backend engineer to own the lifecycle of features from concept to launch on a high‑scale distributed platform.
You will work hands‑on with Solidity, cloud‑native AWS/Kubernetes, and blockchain tech to deliver scalable trade services, APIs, and protocols with a focus on performance and user experience.
Join a flat, elite team and collaborate directly with the CEO to push the boundaries of decentralised finance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience
- Familiarity with basic cryptography and experience with Solidity for building smart contracts
- Hands-on experience building on blockchain platforms; comfortable with cloud-native AWS infrastructure and/or Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and underlying technologies including blockchain, PoW, PoS, and L1/L2 technologies
- Interest in ZK-Rollups and cutting‑edge blockchain technologies
Responsibilities
- Protocol Development: design and implement a decentralised protocol for crypto derivatives trading
- API and SDK Development: design and develop APIs and SDKs for robust trade execution services
- System Monitoring: own monitoring, analytics, and reporting for services you build
- Effective Communication: collaborate across teams to align on project goals
