Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior DevOps/Platform engineer to design, deploy and maintain scalable backend infrastructure globally from our Singapore hub. You will manage cloud infra on AWS and Alicloud, run Kubernetes clusters, and build robust CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Ansible.

You will partner with software teams to ensure reliable production operations and drive incident RCA and preventive improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Kafka and Redis operations in large-scale production environments.
• Proficiency in Python / Go / Java and SQL.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized services.
• Strong CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, Ansible, Terraform, etc.
• 3+ years on AWS; GCP/Azure/AliCloud a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with AIOps concepts and AI-driven observability.
• Familiarity with LangChain, Dify or similar tools in operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain backend infra for high availability and scalability.
• Manage cloud infra on AWS and AliCloud with cost optimization.
• Deploy and monitor Kubernetes clusters and distributed backends.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using GitHub Actions, Terraform, Ansible.
• Collaborate with software engineers on deployment, troubleshooting, and production ops.
• Investigate incidents, perform RCA, and implement preventive improvements.
• Apply security best practices to production environments.
• Develop internal DevOps platforms and automation to boost productivity.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and alerting for reliability.
• Explore AI technologies for ops, including chat-based automation and anomaly detection.
