Job summary

The Bachrach Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Business Development professional to lead our OTC digital asset liquidity and trading solutions. You will develop strategies, engage high-net-worth individuals, family offices, funds, and VC firms, and drive new business acquisition for OTC derivatives.

You will leverage existing channels, nurture client relationships, monitor market trends, and partner with internal teams to expand our OTC portfolio across exchanges, including focused activity

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, client relations, or business development, preferably within digital assets or fintech.
• Strong understanding of digital assets, distributed ledger technology, and the broader market landscape.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Python libraries) is a plus.
• Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to promote complex financial products to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, funds, and VC firms, focusing on alternative digital assets.
• Leverage established distribution channels to expand market reach.
• Drive new business acquisition for OTC derivative products, including market research, product presentations, events, and client relationship management.
• Nurture and strengthen existing client relationships with exceptional service and support.
• Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of OTC trading and liquidity provision.
• Monitor and analyze market trends in digital assets, including competitor activities.
• Expand the OTC portfolio across centralized and decentralized exchanges and establish partnerships for new token launches.
• Analyze on-chain and off-chain data to determine optimal liquidity levels, focusing on Asia-Pacific.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with external projects.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry partners for portfolio expansion across regions including China, Singapore, Dubai, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Vietnam.
• Expand client base by securing new opportunities and relationships with decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance OTC and liquidity offerings.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences and events to increase brand awareness.
• Adapt to flexible work schedules across time zones.
