Job summary

AstraZeneca Singapore Pte Ltd is building its first biologics manufacturing campus in Singapore, delivering end-to-end ADC capabilities across multiple units. The role focuses on safe, compliant manufacturing, equipment readiness, and cross-functional teamwork to deliver high-quality medicines.

You will operate within cGMP frameworks, support investigations and continuous improvement, and contribute to a digital, autonomous manufacturing environment while upholding safety and sustainability

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and delivery in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong safety-first attitude with awareness of operator safety, equipment safety and containment control.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in pharma/biopharma GMP manufacturing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement manufacturing activities per approved batch records, SOPs and cGMP requirements.
• Verify equipment status, calibration, materials and documentation before processing.
• Coordinate shifts, plan production priorities and handovers.
• Assist investigations; draft analyses and reports; support CAPAs and change controls.
• Support FAT/SAT, commissioning and validation for manufacturing systems.
