You will lead Operational Technology and automation across a complex manufacturing environment, guiding projects from concept to qualification and fostering a high-performance engineering culture. Expect collaboration with multi-functional partners to enable autonomous manufacturing and improved performance.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and leadership experience in manufacturing, engineering and project management.
• Ability to develop and implement business strategy.
• Strong project and change-management skills.
• Experience leading teams and lean operations.
• Knowledge of Safety, Health & Environment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT strategy and architecture aligned with global automation strategy.
• Lead program planning, budgeting, solution development and supplier management.
